At INBETWEEN TANGERINE, selected items may occasionally be available for pre-order before stock arrives.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will be clearly identified on the product page, along with an estimated availability or dispatch date where possible.
Payment is collected at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Estimated arrival dates may change due to supplier or shipping delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and available options.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a pre-order before dispatch, please contact us at inbetweentangerine@gmail.com.
Where a pre-order is cancelled before dispatch, any payment collected for the cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once an order has been dispatched, our standard Returns, Exchanges & Lay-Bys Policy applies, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your rights where goods are not supplied within an agreed or reasonable timeframe.
