Items may be returned within seven days of purchase or, for online orders, within seven days of delivery. Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or choosing the wrong item.
To arrange a return, please email inbetweentangerine@gmail.com with your order number, item details and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item to us. For approved exchanges within Australia, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you. International return and replacement postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Returned items must:
Be unworn, unused and unwashed.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in their original condition.
Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, fake tan and other marks or odours.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, hosiery, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned for change of mind.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect sizing or an exchange.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. This also applies to sale items.

We offer two-week lay-bys in our Cronulla store. All payments must be completed within the agreed two-week period.
If you need additional time, please contact us before the final payment date. Extensions may be offered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
You may cancel your lay-by at any time before collecting the items. Any amount paid will be refunded, less a reasonable termination fee reflecting the costs incurred in establishing and cancelling the lay-by, as stated in your lay-by agreement.
Alternatively, where agreed, the amount paid may be issued as store credit valid for three years.
Full lay-by terms, including the payment schedule and any applicable termination fee, will be provided when the lay-by is established.
