These Terms apply when you access our website, purchase from us online or in store, create an account or otherwise use our services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns, Exchanges & Lay-Bys Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You must use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its security, operation or use by others.

Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or customer information.
Copy, scrape or extract website content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting and device settings. Sizing and measurements are provided as a guide, and fit may vary depending on the style, cut and fabric.
These qualifications do not limit your rights if a product is faulty, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Products and quantities may be limited and can be withdrawn from sale without notice before an order is accepted.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your customer-account login details and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment option selected at checkout.

Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the purchase.
We do not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card details.

Orders are dispatched using the delivery options described in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary according to the delivery destination, order value and parcel weight.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by processing times, customs clearance, Australia Post, overseas postal services, weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have where products are not supplied within a reasonable time or otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Lay-Bys Policy.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or choosing the wrong item unless otherwise stated in that policy.
Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. However, sale items remain covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
Our policies do not exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
INBETWEEN TANGERINE gift cards:
Are valid for at least three years from their date of supply or purchase.
Can be redeemed for eligible purchases through the channels indicated on the gift card.
Cannot generally be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Cannot be used to purchase another gift card unless we expressly allow it.
Must be used before the stated expiry date.
Are not subject to post-purchase administrative or balance-maintenance fees.
Please keep your gift-card code secure. If a gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission, contact us promptly. Any replacement will be subject to verification of the original purchase and remaining balance.
Gift-card purchases and use remain subject to applicable Australian gift-card laws.
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is completed.
Only one discount code may be used per order.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotions are available only for the advertised period and while stock lasts.
Certain products, gift cards or sale items may be excluded.
Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.
We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been a genuine error, fraud or misuse. This does not affect orders already accepted unless permitted by law.
In-store lay-bys are governed by the written lay-by agreement provided when the lay-by is established and by our Returns, Exchanges & Lay-Bys Policy.
Any termination fee must be disclosed in the agreement and will reflect our reasonable costs associated with establishing and cancelling the lay-by. It will not be imposed as a penalty.
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including its branding, text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, layout and design—is owned by or licensed to INBETWEEN TANGERINE and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You must not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without written permission, except as permitted by law.
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:
