All deliveries are made by Australia Post free of charge Australia-wide for orders exceeding $150 otherwise there will be a $10 flat rate.Your order will typically arrive within 1-2 days if it is placed and paid for by 3:00pm (Sydney time) Monday to Thursday, assuming you are located within the Australia Post Network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas).
Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days.
All orders placed and paid for Friday to Sunday will arrive Monday or Tuesday the following week.
If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased that are on sale will be delivered through Australia Post Pack & Track, not via express post.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
RETURNS , EXCHANGES & LAYBY'S
All items purchased can be returned to us within 7 days of purchase (or date received if posted) for an exchange or store credit however we do NOT offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases unless the requested item is no longer available for replacement.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
We offer free return shipping for exchanged items (excluding international customers). You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us. If you wish to return an item you must contact us at email@example.com with your order details, product code and reason for Exchange/Store Credit.
Condition of the items:
• Must be received in original condition - un used, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
• Must not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your purchase.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Inbetween Tangerine staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
For hygienic reasons cosmetics, hosiery, swimwear or earrings cannot be returned.
We offer in store layby's to our customers. The layby term in a 2 week term. Payments must be made within this two week timeline. If you are unable to make this payment we may offer extensions at our digression.
If payment is unable to be made in the terms of the agreement we can offer you a store credit note voucher for the amount you have paid or you can pay 50% of the total amount as a termination fee and we will refund you the exceeding amount. The store credit lasts 3 years.
